MISSION

The MasterMind Cooperative’s mission is to build pipelines of sustainable job creators, with a strong focus on innovation and holistic wellness. Through healing-centered education, workforce development, and entrepreneurship, we support youth and adults, especially those impacted by incarceration and violence, in building stable livelihoods, strengthening their communities, and creating opportunities for others.
